Ya Missed Me???

Hey Plainfield Family – I’m back with ya!

It’s been an emotionally and physically draining two weeks, and as the saying goes “THAT which doesn’t kill us – makes us strong!”

And strong is what was modeled before me and strength for the journey is what I aim to example for my mentees!

I had a very productive meeting with the JSLP board this late morning/early afternoon, and I look forward to some wonder opportunities to partner and create life enriching experiences for Plainfield Public School Students.  Tonight I have a meeting with the citywide Youth Council to continue efforts in developing and engaging our youth in positive programs.  Then tomorrow evening the Community/School Council's inaugural meeting takes place.  Once again I'm encouraged by the amount of volunteers and interests the community has shown regarding this group.

It’s refreshing to be in the presence of dedicated, action oriented, determined “SOLUTION-SEEKERS!”

We are primed to do GREAT THINGS. Ready or NOT here we come!
