Shake It Off...Step Up -- Repeat 'til You've Reach The Top!

Many of you have probably heard the parable about the donkey that fell in a grave, or as some versions might purport was pushed or thrown in the grave. The crux of the story was not about how he got there, but rather how he used the machinations intended for his distruction to get out.

The crowd had decided the donkey would die so they began to shovel dirt into the grave. With each pile of dirt that was shoveled on top of the donkey he would simply shake it off and step up; and so the story goes and the lesson learned.

The image below coupled with this parable is too prophetically profound not to share…

It is just too hard to ignore the obvious choice of ASCENSION or DISSENSION in this diagram!
